way over due for an update.

Good news: I just started teaching a fantastic little boy today! I think it will be a challenge, but a lot of fun.

Bad news: I don't get paid. Yay internships.

More bad news:

I can't find a job

I don't know how I'm going to pay for insurance, food, and all of the other necessities without one.  I'm scared. I have a love/hate relationship with growing up.

So....I'm bored. Sitting here in O'Hare airport waiting until 5pm for my plane. 3 HOURS to wait!!!!  Ugh.

So...my life right now = work and packing. That's it.

Oh, and avioding pianos too. I have practiced for MAYBE 5 hours total this summer. Seriously. Eh...I'll work on it...

So, I found out that my insurance is going to be about $50 more than I thought. That means I need to get another job on top of being a DA or get one really well-paying job off campus. Then I need to practice for a junior recital, start buckling down and preparing for grad school auditions (practice my ass off all year, basically), and try to maintain a social life.

I know I can do it. I have to.

I forgot to turn my lights off, being used to automatic ones. Meaning: I have a dead battery and get to ride my bike to work tomorrow.... SWEET!
